How It Works Send us a photo of the items you’d like to consign.  Nothing is accepted without prior approval.  All consignment is accepted by appointment only. Merchandise is accepted for consignment for a period of 90 days, with a price reduction of 10% after each 30 day period. The consignor receives 60% of the selling price, the Upscale Resale Gallery receives 40%. Any item that the consignor retrieves from the selling floor prior to the 90 day consignment period, will be charged a $25 fee per item. Payment checks for any month are available on the 15th of the following month.  The consignor will receive payment within 45 days of the sale of individual items. At the end of the 90 day consignment period, the consignor will remove all items from the store within 72 hours.  Any items that remain after the 72 hours will become property of the Upscale Resale Gallery.

In order to provide quality merchandise and variety to our customers, the Upscale Resale Gallery management may decline to allow any item to be sold in our store.   Consideration of home furnishings include:  high end manufacturers, classic and traditional pieces, quality and uniqueness.  Please understand if we cannot accept some of your items for consignment.  Our customers’ preferences must be our guidelines.
Consignor warrants that the property/items being sold are owned by the Consignor and that there are no liens, judgments or other encumbrances against the ownership, including all rights of sale or transfer, of the consigned property/items.

We do not purchase any merchandise and we are unable to provide pick-up or delivery services.

You will be contacted by phone or email about your items.  We’re unable to determine the true condition of your furniture before seeing it in person, but if we believe that we have a market for it we will set up an appointment.
